Staff was very helpful and...

Liked: Lots to choose from. Wish there had been maybe.. biscuits and gravy.?
Disliked: No access to parking our car. Had to do valet parking. An expense we had not planned on. Maybe their website needs to state this.

i will never stay in...

Liked: we were there for 5 nights and maid service never came to our room to clean even though we asked and were told multiple times they would come. i had to call the front desk multiple times to finally get clean towels. air vents were filthy with most likely years if not decades of lint. by far the worst Hilton if not worst hotel I have ever been in. the first day we were there someone spilled their breakfast in the elevator. when we left 5 days later it was still there. i also told the front desk about this multiple times.
Disliked: clean!!!!!!

Disliked: Long wait to check in. Breakfast was terrible. Food was not good. Staff at breakfast was rude and bothered. Most food was out by 9:00 and no refills. No silverware or glasses

Check in delay was frustrating....

Liked: Convenient location. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Check in delayed 1 hour due to room not being ready. Bathroom door hard to open and close. Pillow case stained. Parking was overly expensive.
