Great hotel for location, price,...

Liked: Should have a higher rating!!! Weve stayed at a good amount of hotels and the tru was just like the other hilton properties. GREAT customer service! Staff was kind and attentive, even with the hotel being no vacany. Parking- this is a city so parking is tricky. The hotel offers valet ($55/night) but theres various lots close by ($45/night). Elevators- Hotel building is old so the elevators are (its st louis not the bahamas). Breakfast- plentiful and clean (staff was running around to ensure enough food the last hour). Clean- hotel was spotless and room tooWould 100% stay here again as a couple and family. Overall and location!
Disliked: Could use more storage space . We didnt mind for a short trip , however could see it being annoying for longer statys/ bigger parties.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was wonderful, the bed was excellent!
Disliked: Well our TV didn't work, so they had to move us into another room. The next room , the shower didn't work very well, come to find out, it was a bad shower head. I just feel like that with paying that much a night, it could been better in my opinion.

Horrible !

Liked: When we got there, i asked about the parking, the front desk lady said dont park on the street because the homeless people will break into your car, se said the area was not safe, after check in, we were told the key machine was down and security was have to escort us, around 10 pm the toilet in our room broke, maintenace came up and adjusted the float, then the toilet flushed but the float stuck and the water ran all night, i asked for a refund the next morning and the general manager refused and told me to have a goid day, this place is horrible, the staff really tries, but the management sucks, totally not competent
Disliked: The general manager needs be replaced or terminated !!
