Liked: Big room, lovely breakfast, free parking and in close proximity to the city center
Disliked: No words were spoken at check-in, i had to ask all the questions to find out when breakfast was, how much was the deposit they held on my card etc. Very cold welcome that gave a bad spin to what was a lovely stay otherwise.

Clean modern rooms, nice atmosphere

Liked: Modern rooms, large smart TV. Nice shampoo/conditioner and great shower pressure. Good selection of snacks in reception. Reception area nice play to hang out
Disliked: May be left over from covid but breakfast felt very wasteful with paper plates/cups and cutlery.No tea/coffee making facility in room. Water often luke warm in urns downstairs

Exceptional

Liked: Location and amenities. The room was clean and fit our needs nicely.
Disliked: The front staff was the only negative to our experience. Checking in or asking about local cuisine or even just simple questions, their responses were as if we inconvenienced them or that they did not care. The cleaning staff always said hello and smiled.
