Liked: It's a beautiful concept, well executed. Super cozy feel, with an attentive staff that manages to stay out of sight and out of the way when not needed.
Disliked: Wish I had more streaming options or better direct control (casting). But that's minor; I wasn't there to be in my room constantly.

Nice hotel but bed linens...

Liked: It’s a nice pleasant hotel with nice decorations.
Disliked: When I went to sleep I was under the impression that the bed linens didn’t feel fresh and clean. It was until much later that I noticed that one of my pillows was stained with what looked like blood. This was an extremely unfortunate and unpleasant experience. The deficient lighting contributed to me not being able to notice the blood stain on my pillow. I expect strict attention to cleanliness and hygiene when staying away from home.
