Liked: Clean rooms ,pleasant staff. Very nice atmosphere for business and family vacation.
Disliked: Rooms are a little small but Awesome for the price which includes a continental breakfast.

Liked: The employee who greeted us was pleasant and helpful
Disliked: Our room faced a road and it was very loud at times in the evening and morning.The breakfast products were mediocre

Bad

Disliked: I drove 3 and a half hours for them to tell me I didn't have a reservation because the lady was unwilling to look for it. They then tried to charge me for the 2 rooms I had booked after I left. When I called them about it they said my reservation was there but for only 1 room. Found out later they had given my rooms away to people there for a baseball tournament. Will never book there again.

Comfortable stay, great employees, needs...

Liked: I liked the comfy beds, I like the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.
Disliked: I didn't like the low water pressure in the shower. And the bedframe where the mattress sits needs to be vacuumed. Also, the air conditioning never turns off and I tried turning it to heat and it smelled burned.

Great hotel near Cedar Point

Liked: Very clean hotel...breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Pillows were tooooooo soft, but that's it

It was ok but will...

Liked: We liked the location of the hotel and it was pet friendly. The hotel was quiet at night for a decent night's sleep.
Disliked: The breakfast was miniscule, no microwaves or coffee maker in the room, fridge in room was dirty, and toilet in the bathroom was not flushed when arrived. The room was narrow and difficult with a family of 4, would not recommend. Pool felt cold.
