Att all not bad but...

Liked: I was surprised for being a Hilton,There was only one elevator working short staffed, requested towels and toilet paper and never got it, shampoo they told us we had to go down and get it, there was a cleaning lady with her kid, we had to wait 30 min for the room at 3 pm when check in, breakfast bar opened late and there weren’t any utensils, pancake machine was not working, no fruit, no pastries. It looked like the person in charge of the breakfast set up was late they open at 6 am there was a few things at 8 and they closed at 9 am, one lady came in running from outside like she was late and started pulling all the food from the back at 8:15 am. I don’t recommend that facility at all.

Liked: Room was clean and nice and bed was comfy. Receptionist was very good.
Disliked: There was no coffee pot in the room, therefore I did not rate all the questions with an excellent rating.

Liked: The room size, the cleanliness of the whole hotel, how friendly the staff were, and the choices for breakfast!
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like.
