Liked: Rooms is spacious enough and lobby is nice. Swimming pool and gym are a good plus!
Disliked: Eggs served at breakfast are horrible! Please have real eggs for breakfast!!Beds/mattresses could be better!

Liked: After a bad experience from another hotel, this hotel made my last two nights in San Antonio worthwhile. This hotel is not far from the army base and SeaWorld . It was family friendly; my toddler with me enjoyed playing in the common area with toys and with other kids who lodged there. Their check-out time was 12 pm. On my last day in this hotel, I did not arrive at my hotel until 1 pm because I couldn't make it back in time to check out. However, the hotel never charged me extra fees, never called my phone, questioned me or threatened to throw my things out because they understand that life happens and of course, my luggage was still in the room, so I will always make it back to their hotel. When I arrived back and picked up my things, I gave the receptionist a tip $$ and he refused to collect it, but I insisted that he could have the money just because I knew I could have been charged extra money. They have good breakfast

Fix the alarm!

Liked: Nice and clean
Disliked: Hotel’s parking lot alarm went off at 3:30 AM for almost a minute. Very loud even from the 4th floor. Had a hard time sleeping after that.

Good location. I would stay...

Liked: Good location very close to seaworld, target, walmart, and so many good restaurants. The pool looked clean and its indoor which is great to get a break from the sun.
Disliked: The breakfast was disappointing. Most of the food seemed to be reheated frozen items, and there were only three waffle makers for the entire hotel. Since the waffles were the best option available, it felt chaotic trying to get one—especially with some guests making three to five waffles before giving others a turn.
