Liked: Overall it was in good distance to everything. The staff was professional and they acknowledge people with a smile inside and out. The lobby was geared to family young and old. The setup was like student center (college). Breakfast/ snack was clean and inviting. I would definitely return.

Disliked: the ac in our room was a mix between humid and cold.the pool was so dirty and cloudy and when i told the front desk they just mentioned there was alot of traffic but it was way too dirty even for that. the pool gate didnt even work properly and was left open all weekend.the pancake machine for bfast made more like crepes.the valet svc was awful. our car was 25 minutes late and then wreaked of marijuana and the my drivers seat was sweaty from the valet driver. thankfully the the valet for the weekend was comped for us as i complained about these instances but this was my 1st and last time staying at the tru by the riverwalk. even the 2 front desk staff members smelled like marijuana.never again. a mess
