Great day to stay 4/20

Perfect stay!

Liked: Freshly built or renovated building. Everything clean and shiny . The toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion were high-quality and available in generous amounts.I would stay here again. And we really enjoyed the gym it had a lot of equipment to use.
Disliked: Add possibility to pay for washer and cloth dryer with a card.The water in the pool was too cold so we would want it to be warmer but everything else was perfect

Disliked: We brought our kids here to stay for one night so they could swim. We checked in and immediately changed into swimming suits and went down to the pool to find that it was closed. Nobody told us this at check in. The front desk person said they could reimburse us 100% but couldn’t since we booked through Booking.com. So I called Booking.com and they said we’d get a full refund the next business day. A month later we finally got reimbursed 50%. The hotel said we “used the room” so they wouldn’t give us the full amount. We were in the room for maybe 15 minutes. I will never use booking.com again or this hotel.
