Disliked: An empty room with a large bed and a desk. The disability room placed all the way at the end of a hall. One set of towels. No in room coffee maker. Smoking alarm going off when you’re trying to sleep. I have been a Hilton Customer for centuries. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at one of your locations.
