Trip from TN to NY...

Liked: Amenities, breakfast, TV with good cable channel selection. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Pet fee is to high. Fan in bathroom., room 224, didn’t work.

unfriendly staff.

Liked: the room was clean
Disliked: I asked for extra pillows was told no. I asked for a trash bag they said no. the price i was quoted was not what they charged me. staff were rude and not friendly or helpful. overall not a good trip.

Clean and pleasant stay.

Liked: Room, bathroom and comfort of lobby
Disliked: Breakfast could have been better by having hot coffee rather than room temperature, by providing breakfast sweets instead of only bread, by providing non-fat yogurt instead of sugared flavored yogurt from a dispenser,
