Front Desk Ersence is nice...

Liked: Front Desk Ersence is nice.
Disliked: Front Desk Ersence is nice but housekeeping is horrible! I got change room twice due to bedding problem！The first room is not able to lock the door. The second and the third rooms are horrible! The housekeeping even not change the bedding! It already been used and no changes! How come this happened! The fourth rooms running out of battery and cannot open. It is a long way for me to even stay in a clean room. I do think this is the basic requirement for a hotel but this Hilton, they’re not making the basic requirement. I am very disappointed about this. Imagine you stay in a room that looks like clean but indeed it is not. Even sleeping with some else “hair”.Again cleaning is the basic requirement but this Hilton is not making it happen.

Liked: Our plane was diverted to Raleigh & we had to stay overnight unexpectedly. We knew we could count on a Hilton hotel
