Excellent value. Close to airport...

Liked: Free shuttle to the airport. Just a short 10 minute ride. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and felt safe. I appreciate the added layer of security requiring key cards to operate the elevator.

Liked: I missed the breakfast as I had to leave to go to PDX @ 5:20 am.Loved the staff. Very friendly & nice.
Disliked: No restaurant @ hotel.

Liked: nice modern feel, clean
Disliked: the people on front desk in the morning shift would not acknowledge us, they were too busy on their personal cell phones, no smiles when they finally address us, not friendly or professional

Disliked: Staff- was charged twice by the hotel and the staff is SO RUDE- The manager is never available and never returns your call/Emails- Still fighting to get back my money for over a month. This is a SCAM

Functional, clean rooms, great having...

Liked: Select elevator access to rooms via room card lock.
Disliked: 1) I would have liked more than 1 room key card.2) I would have preferred the breakfast area tables and floors to be cleaned up when clients left. I saw lots items on floor all over the breakfast area.3) need to have the items for sale more visibly stated for sale and for how much. There was too much confusion by my group that the potatoe chips were out there for free, which I had to correct them.

Great location next to PDX

Liked: Great location if you have an early flight from PDX. You can reserve a seat on the airport shuttle at a specific time.

Good short-stop prior to flying...

Liked: The room was clean and staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Room was a bit cramped with us coming off a 2+ week trip and breakfast could have contained more variety, esp. fresh fruit. Also our parking was validated when I checked in, but when trying to leave the next morning, the scanning machine kept demanding payment. We had to go back to the front desk three times to get out of the lot.
