Liked: This only "met" my expectations because we've stayed here for several days before. Since our first visit was so great, this "met" that same standard! The staff is very, very friendly!

Long night of no sleep

Liked: The amount of noise created from our upstairs neighbors was completely ridiculous. They arrived after midnight and pounded on the floor, draining water in the bathroom followed by pounding around again. I was sick with a cold and it woke me out of a dead sleep only to be Awake again for hours while they did whatever they needed to. Definitely needs some time of sound proofing. If for some reason. I stay again, I will ask for the very top floor. Front desk was very polite and helpful.

A comfortable stay and considering...

Liked: It was very clean. The staff was consistently friendly, helpful and professional. I called for the airport shuttle and it arrived within minutes.
Disliked: I wish there have been coffee and tea makings in the room.
