Great hotel!

Liked: Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, dog friendly, great breakfast options, no noisy neighbors. Awesome check out person, Noah, gave us water and snacks for the road

My new favorite hotel brand!

Liked: Loved how clean everything felt. Having no carpeting helps. Also loved how spacious the room was though it was 102, the smallest size. Everything was efficient, well-thought-out, and fun. Soap products and coffee were great. I will definitely look for Tru hotels in the future.
Disliked: Bathroom needed an exhaust fan. The ceiling was high but a fan was still needed for all the humidity from the shower..

Liked: Convenient access to the interstate.
Disliked: Bedbugs. I pulled back the duvet cover and noticed there were bedbugs present. Bloodstains stains on the mattress cover were visible through the sheets. How housekeeping could have missed this is beyond me. I took a photo for the front desk person who moved us to room 327 and apologized. Room 327 did not have the ac turned on and it was 87f at 10p. Outside temp was approx 100f. The room wasn’t cool enough for sleeping until about 3am and we have to leave at 6a. The facilities are well dusted and vacuumed yet still feel grimy and surfaces were sticky. There was what appeared to be dried ejaculate on the one chair in the room. The breakfast bar had a bowl filled with moldy oranges but everything else looked fresh and the milk was ok. After decades of traveling I can’t think of a hotel I would recommend less than this

I booked a two queen...

Liked: Location was near zoo and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Easy highway access.
Disliked: Room was small. Hallways were very noisy. Street outside sounded like drag racing.
