Disappointed

Liked: The floor in our room was filthy. I had surgery Monday morning and once back at the hotel I went to bed and never left the room. The only placed I walked around was the room and the bottom of my feet were blackened with dirt. It was disgusting. I sent an email to the GM and got no response. Everything else was good but that totally changed my impression.

Lovely hotel and location.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was great. We sat there in the afternoon and had coffee. Location is near the airport but a short drive to the city center.
