Could have been better.
Liked: Looked nice and new in a decent part of town. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I requested a room on the first floor and as close to the elevators as possible. I was put in a room on the third floor about as far from the elevators as you could get.

Very good
Liked: The staff was very helpful and I was able to reheat some take out for dinner in the breakfast area. That was very nice. The hotel was fine.
Disliked: The decor is really ugly and I hate the new squeeze bottles of soap, shampoo, etc because I have arthritis in my hands and they are difficult to use. I also thought I had booked ",the Hilton" so I was a little surprised.

Disliked: I did not like that the facility ran out of towels and I had to wait until the next morning before checkout to get fresh towels.

Liked: The location was great as i needed something close to the airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle which is very handy. Thefe is a shopping center nearby with couple of restaurants and shops. The best part was the staff, Kristin at the desk helped us with a special taxi. She went above and beyond
Disliked: The rooms were on a smaller size and the beds were too soft. The price was high but i admit it was a 4th July weekend

The employees are very rude...
Disliked: Manger canceled my booking prior to us arriving ruining our trip planned months ago. My card was ran before we got there. I call as soon as my card gave me a notification to correct it. The room was still available but they wanted me to re book to pay the higher price. I believe this was done purposely. Booking instructions were that we would pay on arrival and that the card on file was just to hold the reservation. Well I spoke to the manager very professionally and was rudely handled and hung up on. I called back to get a corporate number. I wasn't irate nor did I use profanity and was hung up on by the front desk lady. I didn't yell or anything. I just simply asked who can I report this incident to. The people at this location really have a bad attitude and very bad customer service. Not once did I curse at them. I was simply trying to see what went wrong.
