Lovely clean and comfortable hotel....

Liked: Convenient location. Very clean. Good nights sleep in quiet room. Extremely comfortable beds and great pillows.Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.Was greeted by a lovely young lady on reception

Expensive accommodation for a comfy...

Liked: I loved the staff and the proximity to the convention center.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I couldn’t reach a determination of a request to waive cancellation fees when supervisor was off so unable to do so due to double booking at two different Hiltons kind of forcing me to stay at this location so that I didn’t incur fees without use of vicinity. I also didn’t like the paid parking the rates were high enough to be inclusive of parking and/or the option of parking or breakfast as we did not use the complimentary breakfast. I also didn’t like being awaken from my napMid day and having to leave the hotel due to it being hot and uncomfortable with the electricity going out on my very first day. I also didn’t like the water being off midday around 12 without warning while I was showering so that the hotel could fill water tanks. Then when water resumed it was black water coming out of pipe until it ran for a min or two.

Liked: The property was located near the event I was attending. The staff was really friendly and helpful .
Disliked: I did not like the fact that for some reason , I sneezed the entire time while being in the room . I’m not sure if the room was cleaned properly or what but I didn’t not get any relief until I left the facility. The room felt cold & damp .

Disliked: The staff could have been a little more pleasant. Did give answers but just didn't seem like happy people. They should have also told us a little bit about the facility where everything was located. (i.e. exercise room, ice machine, wi-fi time for breakfast)the only service they said was available was the cleaning. She was very accomodating with the cleaning but she told us the next day and we didn't receive it.) No ice bucket in the room or coffee machine). They did ask if we wanted cleaning and towel service the next day & we said we would. The Also the bartender bar tender she was slow in waiting on us and we were the only 2 customers. . She wouldn't provide us with wine glasses, out of tap beer. Said you could only have plastic because they were closing in 1/2 hour plus she was very rude about it. I understand that she might close early due to no customers. We ask upon arrival & were told that the bar was open from 5:00-10:00 every day. They also didn't mention happy hour which I think would be a good idea to attract people to the bar. Didn't like the idea of paying for parking or for the gate as it wasn't working properly.
