Very good

Modern finishes and great value!

Liked: The breakfast was really good with many options, and plenty of food that was continuously refilled. Its location off of I80 was super convenient for travel on the interstate. Staff super friendly. Modern finishes!
Disliked: The pillows were lumpy

I wouldn’t stay here again...

Liked: Easy to get to and clean. Staff was very nice. Complimentary water was a nice surprise.
Disliked: Nobody stopped the kids from running up and down the halls being loud. Room was very small and no carpet. Breakfast didn’t even start till 7:10 am. It wasn’t a very good breakfast either, although it wasn’t the worst.

Liked: The breakfast was essentially the same as I've experienced in other hotels but what set yours apart was the proficiency of the staff, the modality of how the food was offered - individual servings on trays behind sliding doors, healthy waffles, variety of beverages, and the use of real plates and utensils. The staff noticed the coffee was empty and quickly replaced it. All staff were courteous and polite.
Disliked: What I found different was the way the bed was made. The fitted sheet was directly on top of the mattress while the mattress pad/bed skirt was on top of the flat sheet. Like it was being used in place of a blanket. The bedskirt having extra material on the sides, made for some interesting coverings. I typically travel with my own blanket and pillow so it wasn't much of a big deal for me.

Liked: The breakfast was pretty good. The facility and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Called the day of check in and asked if I would be able to check in early. What's told by staff that would not be a problem.I could check in between one and two p m. After arriving hat facility around two p m was told no rooms were available. Came back at regular check-in time and still no rooms were available. Had to wait in the lobby for about a half an hour before we could check in along with other upset customers. Staff was extremely rude to us and others. Tried giving an unclean room to some. The pool area was mad to look huge in the photos online but was tiny with a max capacity of nine people. Although the room was clean, it was the smallest room.I've ever stayed in. It had no coffee pot or other amenities, usually found in a standard hotel room. The television options we're almost nonexistent, regular tv stations and netflix.No movie options. There were no vending areas only extremely overpriced products in the lobby for sale. I could have stayed in one of several other hotels in the area for about half the price that I paid for this room. That offered more amenities and way larger pool areas.
