Liked: Conviently lovated off the high way. The property was clean but dated. Breakfast was a perk, the gym equiptment was top notch.
Disliked: The mattresses were firm and uncomfortable.

Liked: The outside looked nice and it was close to 2 gas stations.
Disliked: The rooms had a lot of wear and tear. There were scuffed up walls and the bathroom was not clean. The bathroom door was off the hinges.

Room 302, was nice but...

Liked: Overall had a pretty comfortable stay but here are my takeaways.The bed was actually pretty comfortable. I was able to actually sleep, I'm a heavy sleeper but it takes a lot for me to fall asleep. The AC was ice cold which is a plus since I have to have it like the Arctic in my room when I sleep. The shower was decent. I just wish the water pressure was a little bit better.I like how there were a lot of little amenities, like the body wash, shampoo, and hair conditioner.I like how there was little to no sound in the middle of the night coming from I-40 or the adjacent road.
Disliked: Only a few issues, First off I didn't like how they overpriced everything in the lobby, we actually went next door to a gas station to get drinks and snacks. Second, there was little bits of damage to the furniture, Nothing serious but could really use a refresh.Third... No Smart TV! It's 2025. These hotel chains should really be putting Smart TVs in rooms by now, I usually bring my Chromecast with me but this time I didn't since we were only staying one night.4th... The traffic noise from the adjacent road did wake up My fiance but I slept like a rock.5th .. Bed was a little stiff that it hurt my hip but other than that it's was comfy.6th... The toilet didn't really flush right, had to hold down the lever to get it to flush 7th... One of the headboard lights was kind of burnt out, but every other light was perfectly fine 8th... The Wi-Fi Sucked! I had better luck with using my phone as a Wireless Hotspot.

Disliked: The entrance was not in the best location. Getting off Meridian St was not the best experience and with no other access point, it could be a frustrating experience.

Liked: Nothing.....worst experience at a facility we have ever experienced
Disliked: The hotel knew there was possible weather issues, upon arrival back on 2nd day we were on 3rd floor there was no power therefore the stairs had to be used the stairwells were pitch black and u had to use a flash light to walk, hallways were drk no air, or lights in room no hot water from 3 pm till we checked out next morning the manager left their employees to deal with the mess would not answer phone we had requested money back to go somewhere with power and water was denied because the manager wouldn't show up to help his hotel we were told maintenance left at 3( knowing ongoing issues) they were still checking people in without telling Iissues hotel was having.. we have been staying here for youth expo every year but after this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience we will not be using again, and if we are not refunded we will make sure to NEVER use a Hilton sponsored facility again. The safety of facility did not matter no security knowing the homeless people could have made way in and the security of our well being was thrown to the side.. If this is acceptable then this facility needs shutdown, will be reporting safety issues to OSHA as well as health department as these issues break their guidelines.
