Liked: Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They was always someone mopping cleaning and keeping up the facility. It was a great place to sit in the morning with my coffee and laptop and get work done. I will be back for sure

Liked: Everything was fine except I booked a handicapped accessible room, and did not get an accessible room.
Disliked: I booked an handicapped accessible room, drove 30 minutes out of the way to get it. Just to be told after arriving that the room was not an accessible room. Made for a very miserable stay.

Liked: The lady up front that works was great, the guy on the other had wasn't!!
Disliked: Found bed bugs in the first room; I had to move in the middle of the night, completely ruining my plans for the next day. I was so tired that I could not do everything we had planned.

Disliked: Just the rooms needed to be cleaned.

Disliked: My sheets in the fourth floor were so dirty I couldn’t sleep. I struggled connecting to the TV as I usually do with my phone.
