Should take pool off their...

Liked: Nice new location
Disliked: Only reason I booked this hotel was because it had an indoor pool and once arrived was told the pool would not be open at all due to code violations. No concessions were made for the inconvenience and refused a full refund. Will not ever stay here again!

Beware of booking with online...

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. The location was good.
Disliked: I paid through booking.com & the hotel charged me again at check-in. It took me 3 weeks to get it refunded & I ended paying $40 more than booking.com had charged originally. If they are not going honor the discounts on booking sites they need to remove themselves from the site. The indoor pool was not heated & so cold you couldn't swim in it which was the main reason I choose this hotel. There was no heater in the bathroom & the main air conditioner vent was there so it was so cold you couldn't even enjoy a shower. It sounded like a herd of elephants were in the room above us.

Liked: It was clean as always.
Disliked: There was a problem with the fire alarm and I was awaken early and the alarm kept going off and I was never able to get my rest
