Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The staff was super kind. I loved that the cleaning staff were quiet and not knocking down your door. All around, wonderful place to stay.
Disliked: I wish I could have seen the fire outside on the patio, but it wasn't lit the night I went.

Liked: Location, clean, close to where I needed to be!
Disliked: Indoor pool was freezing! This was one of the reasons we booked here to use the pool so that was disappointing to the kids!

This was an average hotel...

Liked: Convenient location, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Disliked: The room across the hall from us had multiple unattended dogs that barked nonstop until about 10:00 pm. The air conditioner in our room made a terrible squeaking sound. The mattress comfort was fair at best, so we didn't get a good night sleep between the mediocre mattresses and loud noises.
