Absolutely phenomenal staff. Their empathy...
Liked: The property was clean and the staff were absolutely exceptional. We arrived to the property during some severe storms. It was horrible gum-ball sized, thunder and lightning, flooding. We were completely soaked and emotionally drained from the stress of driving through such conditions. The staff who greeted us were absolutely amazing. She was empathetic, kind, answered all questions, gave all information and had us in our room promptly to finally rest. The staff who greeted us for breakfast and check out, were equally as amazing; friendly, warm, and kind. We will stay again!

Disliked: am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the level of comfort and service I expected from the Hilton brand.In the middle of the night, my room received a call from the front desk regarding a supposed noise complaint. This call was completely unexpected, especially considering I was in the room with my newborn baby who had been sleeping quietly. The call not only startled me but woke my newborn—something that took a long time to settle again. This was not only unnecessary but extremely inconsiderate, especially without prior verification or context.In addition to that disruption, the condition of the room itself was below standard. The sink did not function properly, and the toilet barely flushed. For a brand that prides itself on quality and guest satisfaction, I found this extremely disappointing and frustrating.I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns, along with an explanation of the hotel’s noise complaint protocols and how maintenance issues like these are handled. I am requesting compensation or a partial refund for the inconvenience and discomfort experienced during my stay.
