Will definitely visit again and...

Liked: Breakfast provided a great variety of choices. Lenroy was exceptional at the desk and providing service during breakfast hours. Would like to see more variety of teas outside of black teas. Ginger, Peppermint,etc would be great! Makeup washcloth was a great idea as well. Towels were bright in color (stain free) which was much appreciated! Loved the convenience of being able to walk to a high percentage of attractions, shopping, eating, and sight seeing!
Disliked: Black tea was the only choice of teas and hallway was exceptionally warm.

A short but very enjoyable...

Liked: I felt the parking was very secure and conveinent being under the building. I also like the fact that I could leave my truck there after I checked out so we could get some lunch and enjoy Nashville a little longer.
Disliked: I wish I could have made the air conditioning a little bit cooler. I set it on 68 but would find it would seem to bump itself up to 70. When it turned off in the night it would wake me up, but overall we stayed cool enough.

Liked: Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms were nice. Lobby was beautiful and so close to everything!
Disliked: A/C was either freezing or off. Elevator was super slow so check out time was challenging. Parking garage had really small spots (at least to me) so parking a van was semi-challenging.

Disliked: Facilities poor especially for what the rate was. Waited over 1/2 hour for elevator during busy time which made us late for appointment
