Disliked: No closet. We were not provided bottled water during check-in. The hallway smelled.

Liked: The facility was clean, inviting and comfortable with a couple extra amenities that seem to be exclusive to this brand. Ot had the norm, pool, free breakfast but also had a pool table in the main commons area along with 24 hour snack bar.
Disliked: Thus facility was of newer construction with a fresh, clean atmosphere and staff who were very friendly and accommodating.

Good experience, recommend this hotel

Liked: Location was easy to find. Easy booking in process. Lovely reception staff. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Good ac. Nice coffee available in reception. Breakfast was fine, not a great choice but adequate. Loads of parking places.
Disliked: Towels needed to be bigger, just my opinion. I like huge bath towels. In room 216 the shower gel container was empty, just an oversight by housekeeping for sure.

Disliked: Staff need full training about how to talk to customer and how provider service.

Disliked: Breakfast was ok, decaf coffee was terrible, scrambled eggs were pretty average! Breakfast was super busy and location seamed understaffed, long lines waiting for food replacements!
