Tru by Hilton Mt. Juliet

Great for one night stay!

Liked: The fitness room was nice and big, and the lobby area was fun. There was a top golf room, pool table, and bar.
Disliked: The breakfast was just ok.

Disliked: Expensive and price not as advertised

Enjoyed the stay, look into...

Liked: This was the second time we stayed at this hotel, because it's well maintained, nice room and has a lot of extras.
Disliked: I received a text saying the room would be $175.00 but got charged over $200.00. I would like for someone to look into this, because this will determine whether we stay here again or not.

Great Spot - Clean &...

Liked: Everything was wonderful. TRU is my go-to chain. The only thing that I'd like to see the chain do (no reflection on this particular property) is put a Keurig in their rooms. They're not expensive and take up little space.
Disliked: I did not see coffee in the lobby like most TRU hotels offer. I thought that the locked breakfast area was a bit silly. Just a minor annoyance to have to dig my room key out of my pocket to get a salt packet. Is someone going to steal a bowl of Fruit Loops?

Disliked: Pool was not clean twice when I went down to it.
