Great location and staff

Liked: The lobby was super welcoming and smelled super clean. The breakfast and 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea was super convenient. The pool and jacuzzi looked really nice, but we were unable to use it due to unexpected cooler weather. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The size of the room was smaller than expected. The sink also started to clog up near the end of our stay. The beds were also slightly firm for my liking.

Convenient location close to Arena...

Liked: Nice breakfast included. Great location close to the Arena and Fundidora Park.
Disliked: Thin walls of the bed rooms.

Beautiful modern hotel BUT....

Liked: The rooms were spacious and the hotel was really modern. Loved the view from the room. Shower was good. TV was awesome. Channels on TV were of a great variety. I love the music video channel telehit. Def dont get rid of that. I didnt get to try out the pool, hot tub, gym or visit patio but I did see that they were really good
Disliked: Front desk girl was very "cold" to us. Ive traveled abroad to several countries and have been at many hotels and this was def one of the most unwelcoming experiences ive ever had. She was quiet. Didnt speak up and even though my spanish is at a native level she really never went out of her way to make things easier for us. It wasnt even a busy time. We were the only ones there checking in that hour Took like 30 minutes to check in. Ive been checked in before in like 10 minutes in Japan. I was paying in cash. Certainly it should not have taken that long to check 2 people in. Wasnt even a big group or anything.There was no water in the rooms. Im paying $100 a night basically and we dont get any water or any welcome snack. I paid $40 a night in the phillipines and we would get 2 waters, a snack, high level of service with a warm welcome for a hotel just as good as the hilton. Even their hilton had better service.Breakfast was very basic. Wish there were better options. Its Mexico and there are no tortillas offered...that alone should paint a picture on how that went. Had the receptionist been warm, friendly and more welcoming id give this experience a 9 out of 10 but im between a 6 and a 7 right now because we were given a $40 "motel" welcoming. Mexicans are typically warm, welcoming people who are proud, and love to converse but this wasnt that...

Exceptional

Nice stay!

Liked: Very close to the Centermex and just 30 mins away from the airport. Nice and clean. Room service is excellent. Very good restaurant and nice personnel.
Disliked: Rooms are not very quiet. You hear a lot of noise!
