Why isnt Tru Hotels the standard? This was great

Liked: THE BATHROOM HAS LIQUID HAND SOAP!! Overall the bathroom was great. The bed was extremely soft and cozy. Breakfast was great. The staff is so friendly, they make you feel so welcome in Mobile
Disliked: There were some crumbs and wrappers that fell behind the bedside table from previous guests, so maybe those areas need to be checked more frequently. But everything else was PERFECT

The staff everywhere else was great, breakfast was very nice considering.

Liked: Location, ease of access.
Disliked: Person checking us in was more interested in answering the phone than anything else and it sounded personal. Then he couldnt find the reservation even when I gave him the reservation number, had my license insisting I reserved under a different name. I stopped talking to him and called the main office and he found the reservation.

Great place. Wed certainly stay again if we travel through.

Liked: Almost everything. Great breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Disliked: Our room was the last one one on 4th floor. Workman were scraping and painting the outside wall of our room. It was very noisy until 8 pm and the workmen started again at 8:00 am. It didnt affect our stay but if someone who needed rest or a nap was in the room, they would have been very upset.
