We’re happy with the property....

Liked: Breakfast okay. Location Great! Traffic lights not good for walking. But that’s not your company’s fault.
Disliked: The corner of the beds are too sharp. Got bruises on our legs.

Exceptional

Liked: It was modern, clean, 24 hr coffee, options of things to do in hotel ie. pool, cornhole.
Disliked: At one point front desk person was on their phone and it took another staff member to let him know we were waiting.

There's no place like Home...

Liked: Location, staff, facilities, room
Disliked: I found hair in my bathroom, I could hear another guest snoring from the other room, I could hear everything basically.

Liked: overall the hotel, staff and facilities were exceptional
Disliked: the family in the next room was exceptionally loud till late in the evening. we got the room just for the evening because we had a very early flight the next day and they kept us up all night

Liked: Convenient clean nice staff.
Disliked: The sofa/chairs clothe. I would prefer vinyl. Easy to keep clean. One of the staff members turned off the fire pit for some odd reason late Saturday night idk what that was about. It was a gentleman who was working that shift.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: I like the modern vibe of the room and the colorful lobby area. It’s very very close to the Mall of America, IKEA, IHOP and so much more including transit. I didn’t have the continental breakfast or use the pool, gym, laundry, but all nice to have access to! Staff were very quick and friendly and I found it to be very clean.
Disliked: I just wish that the garbage were a little bigger to accommodate waste from eating in the room, etc. Bigger towels would be an added bonus and we originally had 3 pillows in a king room, at least 4 would be great. We did ask for a few more though and staff brought them to us which was great!
