Very clean and close to...

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to/from mall was very convenient.
Disliked: The pool closing at 10 was kinda a letdown. Would be nice to have adult hours 10-12.

Exceeded our expectations!!

Liked: EVERYTHING!! I have literally stayed at over 100 hotel around the USA and I have NEVER been able to state this, Everything from the front Desk (Katie) to the shuttle driver (Who was amazing) to the cleanest most comfortable room we have ever stayed in.There is usually something wrong from the odd odor to a room to the stomping of people above us. I Can not find 1 thing to complain about on our stay. Beds were super comfortable, rooms were spotless, looks and feels like this hotel just had a makeover, it is that nice.It may have been just a tad spendy but let me tell you, I WILL be staying at this hotel again and I hope it goes as well as last night.I want to thank everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.
Disliked: Not a thing, I wouldn't change a thing about our stay!!

Liked: Breakfast and location were great the roomWas clean.
Disliked: I wish the room had a microwave for the price you think it would’ve. The bed was mediocre at best I slept ok but I like a soft bed. Price for One night was steep. I’ve stayed at a tru before and the bed was fabulous so I had higher expectations for the softness and quality of the mattress (Wisconsin dells was lastLocation I stayed, excellent bed)
