The hotel is nice and...

Liked: Room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was nice.
Disliked: When I arrived late I realized I did not have any hand soap. One of the wall dispensers was completely empty I called, no answer… tried again and front desk said she would try to find a bar of soap and I would have to come get it myself since she didn’t have help. The next morning I got in the shower and there is no body wash. The dispenser completely empty. They had to refill that day. Also, the fan vent above the toilet is completely covered in dust. These are things that should be looked at every time when housekeeping goes in a room. Also, I put the do not disturb sign on my door but housekeeping knocked on my door until I asked her to come back!

Liked: It was a super cool facility but above all it was clean! The room was small and perfect. The breakfast was good and sufficient. It was super quiet during quiet hours even though there was a ton of kids there. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The morning lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. I think the best thing about this hotel was the blinds!! Double pull down screen type blinds...whoever had that idea needs a raise!!!!! We will most definitely be back!!
Disliked: There were alot of dogs but that is just a personal preference. I am highly allergic

Liked: Clean hotel and friendly staff! Breakfast was good! Hotel is the last on the strip felt safe close to a few restaurants and stores!
Disliked: No complaints!! Tru by Hilton have been our new favorite places to stay!!
