Liked: Great staff. Clean environment.
Disliked: Process for using third party shuttle to Cruise Port is terrible. I was required a $6 non refundable deposit for a shuttle to the port but the shuttle bus could not be identified. The shuttle bus driver appears in an unmarked Sprinter van and does not announce himself. He instead goes to a family that was last in line and whispers to them. We all had no clue what was going on. There was a family first in line with two senior citizens in wheelchairs. The name of the shuttle company is Doral Tours Transportation of Miami Inc. once he settled the first family in, he just stood there. Someone had to go outside and ask. He was insistent on getting his money from the inquiring family first. I decided to use other means of transportation. Just simply disrespectful. Never again…

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: The staff was rude and very unhelpful. They did not have my booking in the system and said it was not their fault but the fault of bookings.com. They even said I was at the wrong location. Eventually on my insistence the manager assisted after they had me waiting for over 40 minutes. I contacted bookings.com and they confirmed the error was on the hotel’s side. I will never stay there again! Their front desk staff is rude and very unhelpful

Everything went well.

Liked: Shower and beds , personally a fan in the room would of been perfect for me. As i like the noise from the fan while sleeping. But the property for the price exceeded expectation..enjoyed the free laundry as well as complimentary breakfast. The gym should of been open 24/7. That's my only complaint if there was one.
Disliked: The gym not being opened 24/7.
