Pretty good airport hotel
Liked: Location and price 9 bathroom 9 , staff 9 , so good airport hotel . Bed was comfy but sheets could look better . They looked old and wrinkled 7 ( clean though )
Disliked: Sheets should look better or Ironed.

A great place to stay...
Liked: The 10th floor where the breakfast and happy hour are hosted is lovely with a great view of the lagoon. The food was quite good and the service area was spacious so you could get food without being stuck in a line. The room was comfortable and the access to outlets and charging was good.

Disliked: No ice bucket, outlets didn’t work and some lights out. Maintenance needs to check things.

The perfect solution for hotel...
Liked: I highly recommend this place if you need to leave a car at the airport. The hotel/shuttle service/ parking all work seamlessly. Rooms are nice. Great bar/breakfast. Really helpful staff. Will stay again.

I wouldn’t stay here again.
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom lighting was better for doing makeup than most hotels. The two bartenders were terrific. They were friendly, and attentive. I appreciated their professionalism declining to serve a woman who was intoxicated.
Disliked: The shuttle tracking app was useless. It didn’t tell me where to find the van. Nobody at the airport knew. I had to take a cab for $30. This stay was for a 12-hour overnight layover between international and domestic flights. I communicated with the property when I made the reservation and they told me they’d get me to the airport for a 6am flight. After complaining about the lack of clarity to get to the hotel when I arrived, I was told the first shuttle in the morning was at 6am. I needed to leave at 5 am so I had to take another $33 taxi. Both desk clerks i talked to were flippant and unhelpful. I also paid for a breakfast I couldn’t have because I left before the restaurant opened. I spent another $22 for breakfast at the airport. I had dinner at the bar and was disappointed that there were only three vegetarian options and no vegan options. Even the Beyond burger came in a non-vegan bun, and I don’t like eating burgers in public so I settled for a flatbread, which was just ok but swimming in too much cheese. I’m not supposed to have cheese and it upset my stomach. I spent about $85 more than I should have for two taxi rides and a breakfast I didn’t have, and my dietary needs could not be accommodated.
