Disliked: The TV didn't work. Could not watch TV, called the front desk and they said the Insight was out and would not be fixed for a couple of days. The hot water did not work as well. Horrible.

Disliked: our sink clogged up a little. we were able to unclog it but it was unpleasant to do

Liked: Absolutely loved the overnight staff. The two young ladies were petitions and bursting with energy.The bathroom was clean and the bed was soft.
Disliked: Only electric charging station for Tesla.

Pleasant stay, but I feel...

Liked: We like the Tru hotels because they are efficient and attractive. This room was smaller than those we have occupied in the past, but it met the challenge of still being comfortable and efficient.
Disliked: I'm not sure who the owner of this one is, but the staff seemed scared to death of getting in trouble. At least 3 statements were made to indicate that they had to do things differently than our past experiences at Trus because the owners insisted on these practices.
