For our event we were...

Liked: Friendly staff specially kitchen staff there were about 150 teenagers on a trip so breakfast line was very long but kitchen staff kept everyone happy and moving. Also we were a 5 am check in the day after Our reservation so I called and staff was excellent with making sure we were able to check in after 13 hr drive.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable

Clean and comfy. Simple

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Wish breakfast went a little later. Got charged $8.00 for parking at hotel when we didn’t even park there.Easy to walk to nearby restaurants. Safe area. Needed room key to access elevator.

Superb

Liked: The location was great for food and the snhu arena. Parking was decent, but once the lot was full, it was hard to navigate other parking areas. The room was more cramped than expected but clean with a comfortable bed.
