Liked: Clean and nice decor style. Staff was helpful whenever I needed anything.
Disliked: Room a bit small. Water pressure in shower could be a bit stronger.

Liked: The add on booking.com was an exact match to what was purchased.
Disliked: There was an altercation with a guest the required police. The receptionist who check us in was still upset, shaking and had been upset. She did amazing, but she should have been sent home as it is hard to work past.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Maliyah was so very nice at check in.
Disliked: Everything was fantastic other than the water for showering was not hot enough

Great staff but the room...

Liked: The breakfast was ok. The eggs tasted like they were either powdered or frozen. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The room was much smaller than I expected., especially for what I paid for it. The refrigerator wasn't very cold.

Liked: The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful and kind.
Disliked: One of the staff had checked in another family under my reservationat 2pm. So when I arrived later at 10pm, my room was occupied and the current staff didn't know so I almost walked in on a young family sleeping. Staff members should always check ID name to the reservation name and make sure they match exactly not just see one of the names and make this big mistake. The evening staff I worked with was able to figure it out and make it right for us.

Liked: This re-vamp, or whatever it may be, was very well thought out. It’s eco friendly, clean and efficient. I’ve been telling all my friends about how wonderful our stays have been.
