Left alone with problems, bad...

Liked: I think it's a good hotel in a fairly busy area - lots of shops, food etc.
Disliked: We had problems with the air conditioning. You couldn't switch it off - which the hotel says is normal, but it was so loud that we had to have the power turned off every night and then switched on in the morning. Very poor breakfast - no fruit, sausage, cheese etc. We were offered a refund but after leaving and asking several times to date no response! Very disappointing.

Liked: Very clean and modern. Lounge in lobby was very spacious for breakfast and games, even had a pool table.

Manager on duty not good...

Liked: Breakfast was short on supplies no yogurt, bread choices were only white or wheat bread slices. No English muffins or bagels which were in supply last week.
Disliked: I book this room with a late check out of 1:00pm.I got a very disturbing phone call around 11:30 that check out was at 11, housekeeping had entered my room even though I left the do not disturb tag on my door. Alerted front desk of my belongings still there. This is how the phone call from mgt. went… housekeeping said you left your things in the room checkout was at 11 I said I am aware of that that’s why I asked for a late checkout again he said check out is at 11 so when you get back you will need to come by front desk because I deactivated your key, I said, excuse me he repeated his words. Why was he so adamant in assuming I had-left the property . The whole time of this I was in the pool, which was the very reason for booking tge room and asking for late checkout. The manager gave me every Reason as to why the mix up was my fault. Never to take accountability!!!!
