Great stay at a great...

Liked: I loved the entire property. Everything was new and in great working order. Pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. We absolutely loved the pancake breakfast. Although property is right by a busy interstate, it is very well protected from noise. Very enjoyable stay and a great value. I will definitely be returning.
Disliked: The only thing I would say needs a little improvement is cleanliness. Sending someone to the pool area to keep the used towels picked up and refresh the supply of swim towels. Also, have the tables wiped down and crumbs cleaned up in the lobby and breakfast area. It was nothing major, but this would definitely make the stay even better.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were courteous; they were training a new employee at the front desk and I feel they shouldn't have left him alone as full as the hotel was. He did a great job but was having to run around the whole shift.
Disliked: Bed and pillows were horrible, my feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed after taking a shower. The cleaning staff were in the elevator and the bag of trash leaked inside the elevator and it was never mopped up it, halls needed vacuuming

Good but fees and price...

Liked: The view is beautiful and the bed is comfortable
Disliked: The bathroom sink is really small and there’s no room to place your products. And another thing that bothered me is that is not very clear that the hotel is inside a canyon and you have to pay the canyon fee to get in. A person that is not from the area wouldn’t know that and it caught off guard.
