Horrible worst experience ever

Liked: They didn’t provide us with a pack and play I called three times to inform them prior that I was arriving around 11 pm with my son and he will be extremely cranky and needing to sleep and to have the pack and play ready. They agreed and “notated” each time. They not only DID NOT have it ready I had to wait over an hour for one. Once they brought one over it was broken with mold all over it. Then I had I to wait another 20 minutes same situation. I literally called theee tine before
Disliked: Everything it was awful breakfast staff room everything

Exceptional

Easy location, clean, nice staff.

Liked: Easy location of the highway for a night stay. Clean room, nice staff.
Disliked: There were no non-dairy options for breakfast. The food was not adequate as a result.

Great hotel with great location!

Liked: Location! Close by Gas South Arena, the mall, and many restaurants. Staff were very friendly when we checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, but still good.
Disliked: This is just nitpicking, but the hallway to the room felt very warm compared to the rest of the hotel. Thankfully our room had an awesome A/C unit!

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The shower does not have a handle. You have to pull the glass door at the top to close it.

Liked: Location and breakfast buffet
Disliked: Asked for late check out. Young lady said great. Woke up to house keeping coming in… found out young lady did not note our requests. Quite embarrassing
