Disliked: LVP floors doesn't dead sound of people walking on floor above. they apparently don't have a maintenance person on staff. My remote batteries ok but only buttons that worked was volume and on/off. My mother's room thermostat needed new batteries that I went and got from front desk but needed small screwdriver. Notified front desk and was NEVER fixed. Room got very hot.

I would say it was...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The room was well equipped.
Disliked: We brought our pet so if we would have had a first floor room that would have been better. The pool was cloudy and it was not pleasant because of that to swim in. The pillows were not the best. We had a room that was facing the street and once the sun came up the traffic noise was absolutely horribly loud impossible to sleep by.

Everything was perfect.

Liked: The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about Lancaster and was able to help me with locations. Provided me with a chair to sit outside for awhile. Smiled at us when we entered and went by the desk
Disliked: no seating outside.

Hotel was ok but not...

Disliked: Room was very small. Breakfast food was not good.
