Everything was perfect.

Liked: The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about Lancaster and was able to help me with locations. Provided me with a chair to sit outside for awhile. Smiled at us when we entered and went by the desk
Disliked: no seating outside.

Hotel was ok but not...

Liked: Nice people. Convenient location.
Disliked: Room was very small. Breakfast food was not good.

location wise is good but...

Liked: Breakfast is ok, restroom is clean and location wise is good.
Disliked: bedsheet not properly put in, the pillowcase is reverse. they didn't even wipe the bedside table and in front of the table. Not even do the vacuum.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Lots of choices for breakfast. Coffee and hot water always available was great!
Disliked: Our television in our room didn’t work. I asked for a bit of a refund on my bill but didn’t get one.

Perfect, Clean, Quiet

Liked: The place is perfect! Clean, quiet, and amazing set up. The rooms are much bigger than anything you would see in NY. I will come back and recommend to everyone I know. Staff was professional and I have never seen such a clean hotel in the states. Incredible wish I stayed longer.
