My stay was great and...

Liked: I love the family atmosphere and the game area for kids and pool table on the 1st floor.
Disliked: NA

Disappointing

Disliked: Waited several minutes for the front desk clerk to check me in. He was MIA for several minutes when I was trying to check in

Exceptional

Cool lobby but not much...

Liked: Staff was super nice. The lobby was fun and clean. The gym was very nicely equipped, clean and easy to use.
Disliked: The room lacked some cleaning. The hair dryer was covered in old hair and some kind of slimy residue and the floor needed mopping. There were only 3 pillows per bed and the AC was set to 76 when we got there so it was very warm. The lamp was broken. The mattress was so uncomfortable and my back hurt from it and I couldn't sleep well. The pool patio had a ton of loose bricks that were a hazard and the pool was filled with sand. The staff smoking area was right next to the pool so the outside smelled like cigarettes and natural gas for some reason. The breakfast kept running out of food and coffee so we did a lot of waiting and what was advertised wasn't what was served.

Disliked: Towel racks needed to be fixed.

Liked: Front desk staff nice.
Disliked: Breakfast item were out by 8am and breakfast was till 10am.Wall's in hotel very this..could hear people all night on both sides of my room.

Disliked: Room was very beat up - no remote control for tv and overall gone downhill in terms of decor and freshness
