Absolutely amazing!

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Very convenient and considerate. No complaints from anyone in my family which was a plus!! Great selection. Wish there was a non-pork meat option on the day we grabbed food but overall everything was great!! Loved the personalized welcome and the cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel. And the staff were very nice and accommodating! Customer experience was a 10/10!! Also, I love how secure the elevators were, having a coffee/tea bar available 24/7, and having sanitizer stations everywhere that ACTUALLY WORKED!!
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like personally. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at this hotel. I hope everything is consistent throughout all Tru hotels!!

Very good

Liked: The hotel is nice. The location is quiet, being that it is behind the mall which doesn't get much business. The facilities are clean but my room's floor needed mopping. I appreciate that they had feminine products available and facilities outside of your room that were too clean. Breakfast was good with options for many.
Disliked: Checkout is 12pm but my card on two visits was deactivated at 10am. When I told the staff, they tried to blame it on me saying my phone did it but my phone was locked in the room. Rooms were clean but the floors could use a good mopping because you will notice a lot of dust/dirt on your socks.

Mostly pleasant.

Liked: The location was perfect for my travel, the hotel was modern and clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was nice and quiet.
Disliked: Communication by the front desk could have been better. I was told by one employee that the second night of my stay was refundable and I would be able to cancel the second night and change my reservation to another Tru hotel closer to the airport, but that turned out not to be possible because I prepaid for the hotel.

Liked: The variety of options for breakfast, having fresh fruit available all day, the 24 house coffee/tea/water station. Also, everything was aesthetically pleasing!!
Disliked: If I had anything "bad" to say it would be that the breakfast didn't have a non-pork option on the days of my stay. I was told that those options are offered however it's not a set schedule of when the will that will be. Nonetheless, I qwas still pleased.

Superb
