Fake reservation

Disliked: Our reservation was canceled without notice!!! We get there at night and the staff told us that booking approves reservations without hotel's confirmation so they actually didn't have any room for us and they were fully booked already. Terrible experience if you get there at night, tired And have to find hotel during a busy weekend

Disliked: Would have preferred a higher quality coffee at the breakfast bar. Another blanket would have been nice.

Liked: It was clean and simple in decorating. The beds were comfortable, pillows were ok considering we forgot to bring ours and we usually do.
Disliked: It didn't bother our stay because we are not ones that need a lot of space but if you like large areas to put stuff in the room this would not be for you.
