Nice hotel and location, shame...

Liked: The beds were comfy, the hotel is fun and in good condition. Staff was nice. Location is super central, walkable to downtown on the riverside trail. Close to restaurants, the falls, and other amenities by foot.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. It was a shame that even on Sunday it closed at 9AM. We arrived at 8:30 AM and the breakfast was already gone, no omelets, the pancake machine was not working, basically no bagels left, so we were left with not much to eat... Also the room was super noisy on one side from the road, and on the other from some crazy youth in the room next door that stayed up all night talking and laughing.

Disliked: Property was not very clean The bed covers warm No soap in bathroom area so you couldn’t wash hands after using the bathroom. I had to call front desk for some and they left the refills at the door and never came in to stock the soap and lotion dispenser. Over crowded breakfast and a lot of missing items like cream cheese and running out of coffee
