It was unclean and gross.

Liked: I liked the amenities
Disliked: My room was unclean, dirty… bed had crumbs in it, centipede crawling in the bathroom. Moisture buildup if you weren’t running the AC 24/7. I slept in the chair because I was afraid to sleep in the bed.

Hands down-cleanest hotel!!

Liked: The absolute cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m picky about that!Entire hotel is very up to date, excellent clean lobby, friendly staff although we didn’t need them for anything other than checking in and out. Room was impeccable and very comfortable. Loved all things about this Tru hotel. If only all other hotels could be like this one. Lots and lots of places to shop and eat within 7-8 minutes without getting on the big highway. The Air Force museum is also only a 17 minute drive.
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect for us!
