Decent hotel, needs better cleaning...

Liked: Check-in was smooth, room amenities we complete. B'fast bar was adequately stocked.
Disliked: The additional, non-refundable dog fee for was exorbitant ($75), especially given that the room had all hard-surface flooring. It it was not disclosed until the day before we arrived.

Liked: Room was clean but very small for two people.
Disliked: No closet. Cheap decor. Broken blow dryer. High noise.

Liked: I don’t know, we never stayed.
Disliked: I don’t know, we never stayed. I chose pay at property, the hotel was filling so they decided to run my card that was on file which was no longer and active card. It declined and they emailed me that they would cancel my booking if a new card wasn’t applied. I applied a new card and called to confirm they received payment. They had already canceled. I didn’t the get the email in time apparently (BECAUSE I WAS DRIVING TO THE HOTEL HOURS AWAY) I tried to rebook a new room and all rooms were sold that would accommodate our party size. The guy was not sympathetic and offered us a King bed for 2 adults and 2 kids…. For $50 more than I originally booked. I had to scramble while traveling to find a new accommodation at another hotel. Nightmare.
