Liked: Conveniently located. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Disappointed in breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay....

Liked: We did not eat breakfast there but it seemed decent. The location was safe but we were visiting JMU. I wish I had booked somewhere closer to the school. The hotel was very clean.
Disliked: The beds were full size and since we are used to a king it was very small for us. The rooms do not have carpet which is fine but the person above us was very loud.

Great place, would stay again.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and great employees, especially Noor.
Disliked: Parking

Clean, close to our destination.

Liked: Everything was clean, nicely kept. Staff at front desk left me wondering if she had ever been trained on first impressions in customer service—she was the first person I came in contact with and while I did get checked in, etc., there was much to be desired in providing stellar service.
