Broken, Dirty, Lacking Amenities

Liked: The staff was friendly and the Continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: The air conditioner was set at 68°F, and we couldn't get it to go any lower than that. The heat even kicked on at one point during the night and our room was sweltering, so neither of us slept well. There were chip crumbs stuck in the desk chair, and the rest of the room wasn't very clean. The vanity light in the bathroom didn't work. There wasn't a coffee maker, ice bucket, or microwave- all things that come standard in rooms in hotels much cheaper than this one.

Disliked: Hot water was only on one side of lobby

Liked: Breakfast was okay the boiled eggs were a little disappointing. I usually peel the eggs right after boiling. French toast was dry. The coffee cups needed the cup sleeves. The breakfast was okay besides the hard eggs.
Disliked: The mattress was extra firm and uncomfortable. The temperature was freezing, the sheets were thin a nice comforter would’ve been great. It would’ve been nice to have a Kuerig inside the room. No closet either I wasn’t used to hanging my clothes out in the open.
