We didn't spend much time...

Liked: Breakfast was better than most other hotels. Location was nice, easy to get to, felt very safe. Hotel was clean, most staff kind, friendly & willing to assist. The night staff was especially friendly & welcoming! Also, Front Desk staff member & Supervisor both were quick to assist when I arrived home & discovered a billing error. I had my answer in less than 24 hours &m my refund for the discrepancy in a few days!!!
Disliked: No freezer in small refrigerator in the room. One staff member at the breakfast area was curt when asked a question regarding an item that was available the previous day. She told me they change offerings daily & that is understandable. However, the one thing I requested (that I had the 1st morning) was never again offered the rest of my stay.

Hilton should take their name...
