Very good

Liked: Love the access, the rooms are always clean, and the staff is exceptional.
Disliked: Out of the dozen or more times we have stayed here this has to be the most uncomfortable bed in the hotel. A pallet of cinder blocks may have been more comfortable to sleep on.

Not the best stay this...

Liked: Breakfast was not the best food was very limited very low staffed. No juice was available no meats, egg, and only Cheerios which was not appealing to my daughter.
Disliked: Low breakfast and we came down at 8:30 AM to eat. No towels were in our bathroom when we made it to the hotel. Went down to tell front to let them know they didn’t have any available. Went down didn’t receive towels until 30 minutes before checkout time. No empathy was shown. To top it off the shower still had hair in it from a previous stay I assume.

Liked: The location was great, staff friendly
Disliked: One of my rooms the refrigerator was not working, blind broken the shower was not throughly cleaned in neither bathroom. No extra toilet paper hand soap was very low. Breakfast no variety of fruits.

As much as I paid...

Liked: The property location itself was ok.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the bathroom needs to be remodeled, the shower is falling off the hinges, the bathroom door was hard to close, the sheet sheets are dingy with stains. The water was brown.Friday night clerk, I went and asked for fresh towels, she asked me to bring my dirty towels down because she had a load to wash already. I went and bought me some towels to stay there. Please do better
