Liked: The bed was very comfortable, liked the walk-in shower, and the TV was huge. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good, too.
Disliked: There aren't enough parking spaces. I had to park at the closed down fast food place next door.

Liked: The room is clean and comfortable. The lobby and amenities are welcoming and convenient.
Disliked: The STAFF. Front desk was dismissive and rude, cutting me off every time I started to speak. Don't try to change your room type after booking it, it'll be a nightmare of messages and phone calls, only to have them not make the change until you get here. Then they charge you for it. We love Tru properties. But not this one. The staff at the one in Comstock Park (where I stayed 2 weeks ago for a separate trip) was much more friendly.
