Never again.

Liked: Breakfast was quite good. Possibly the only plus to our stay.
Disliked: Rooms could be much cleaner; lighting could be better. No in-room coffee is not acceptable. For a relatively new hotel it was shabby - scuffed walls. $300 a night was way too much for this no frills room.

Expensive night with no frills...

Disliked: When booking the room there was a place for comments...I stated it was our "Wedding" night thinking they might do something special but they did nothing! Very expensive and no bath tub or coffee maker in room....

Superb

Liked: Great location for our needs
Disliked: Caulk around shower needed replacing. Pool wasn’t open and water was green. We expected to be able to use the pool. Very disappointing.

We cannot stay at hotels...

Liked: Like the minimalist feel of the decor. Unfortunately all was negated by the fumes from artificial cleaning products and deodorants.
Disliked: If my wife had been with me we could not have stayed here. The fumes from artificial cleaning products and room deodorants was not nice. Why do hotels do this!!

Could have been better, especially...

Liked: For an inclusive the breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We had problems with two light fixtures in the room. One fell off the wall. The other would only go on sporadically. The most pressing problem was the noise from the other room(s) around us. The hotel's location was under construction so we woke up to construction equipment doing what they do.

New property. Great staff.

Liked: Great people. Location right off the main interstate. Close to some restaurants and shopping. Cool design, which included a pool table and connect four in the lobby.
Disliked: Only 3 pillows for a room with 2 adults. Most hotels have 4. And 2 of the pillows were square and not normal size. Alos the light on the ceiling blinked literally every 12 seconds.

I didn’t appreciate the location...

Liked: Property is very close to the freeway and you can hear the cars from your room
Disliked: We arrived at 5pm (check in at 3pm) but no rooms were available and had to wait another hour. The room we received was still dirty looked like they only put clean sheets and fresh towels but counters and floor were dirty.

For $200/night, disappointed for it...

Liked: it was fine, though I don't think the pancake maker was working the 1st day. Housekeeping had us down for checkout the 1st day we were there, of a 4 day stay.Requests and/or contact with housekeeping, in the hall, was otherwise pleasant. Front Desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Queen mattress was SOOOOOOOO uncomfortable. floor flooded during showers. toilet rocked. dead baby cockroach on bathroom floor. Ice maker only in the lobby (not individual floors) was inconvenient. Child's play area was smaller than expected. Pool wasn't heated.
